Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains what information is collected when you visit elvinaalmuradova.com, what it is used for, and what your rights are.
1. Scope
This policy applies only to pages under the elvinaalmuradova.com domain. Once you leave the site for another address, that site's own privacy policy applies.
2. Information collected
The site collects personal information only in the following cases:
- When you fill in the contact form: your name, e-mail address, phone number and the message you write.
- Server logs: as on any website, the server handling your request records your IP address, browser information and the time of the request. These logs exist for security and error tracking.
3. How the information is used
What you send through the form is used only to reply to your message. It is not added to a marketing list, not sold, and not shared with third parties.
The site is not intended to collect health data. Please do not write details of a diagnosis, treatment or condition in the form — those are best discussed in consultation or by phone.
4. Cookies and browser storage
The site does not use cookies to identify or track visitors, to build profiles for advertising, or to measure visitor numbers. There is one strictly necessary session cookie, required for the security of the contact form; it is described in full in the Cookie Policy.
Your light/dark theme choice is kept in your own browser's storage (localStorage). It is never sent to the server; it is used only to open the same theme on your next visit, and it disappears when you clear your browser data.
5. Content from other sites
Some pages embed content belonging to other companies. When that content loads, the company concerned can see your IP address and may use its own cookies:
- YouTube videos: served through the privacy-enhanced address (youtube-nocookie.com) and not loaded when the page opens. A connection to YouTube is made only when you press play.
- Google Maps: the map on the contact page is provided by Google.
- hCaptcha: the automated-submission protection on the contact form.
6. Retention
Form messages are kept for a reasonable period after the correspondence ends and are then deleted. Server logs are kept for a limited period.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and the server is encrypted. Even so, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
8. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete the information held about you. The full list of rights and how to apply is on the Data Protection Notice page.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
